THE KOMPANY Officer Team is responsible for all administrative work in running THE KOMPANY, planning events, and overseeing the Dance and Kreative Teams. 

Officer Team Recruitment occurs in Spring (typically May) so that our officers can spend the summer preparing for the coming year.

THE KOMPANY's Kreative Team is responsible for all the behind-the-scenes work that makes our videos and performances look amazing! From styling to editing and everything in-between, the Kreative Team is key! This is a full academic-year commitment.

THE KOMPANY's Dance Team makes up the dancers you see in our official dance cover videos and performances! The Dance Team is a hard-working group who continually practices to ensure they properly recreate the choreography K-pop fans know and love while improving their own dance skills. This is a full academic-year commitment. We host auditions in Fall and Winter quarters.

Fall Auditions typically take place in early October as the UW academic year begins. Keep an eye on our social media for announcements!
