As we are a group of students, we often have busy schedules that cannot accommodate last-minute events. While you are welcome to ask within a shorter time frame, inquiries received at least 6 weeks prior to the event will have a higher chance of availability.
We are a recreational club, so while we do not require payment for appearances, we would greatly appreciate a donation or honorarium to help us continue doing what we love!

Nope! Our teams and events are open to all, though non-UW students may face additional costs to access UW facilities such as the IMA.
